Kvitbreen sleepingbag - most value for money!
The Norwegian Outdoor Magazine UTE has done a large testing of down sleeping bags, and their conclusion is that Helsport Kvitbreen to give you most value for money! This is their review:
Glowing in the dark and down proof
The Kvitbreen sleeping bag quickly became popular among the test team. It was used several nights at lower comfort-zone limit, and they maintained a good night sleep every night. The bag has a relatively thigh shape that allows you to regain your body temperature quickly, but it is not to tight for you to move around freely.
A water-repellent outer fabric makes condensation and moist stay on the outside, but you can easily brush it of when you stuff the bag together. The inner fabric is a so-called down proof fabric intended to prevent down leakage, and this works very well. UTE did not experience any down leakage during the test period.
Tightening of the hood and neck collar worked well, and we liked the long zipper on the side with glow-in-the-dark arrows that makes easy to navigate after the headlight is switched off.
The stuff sack that comes with the Kvitbreen is waterproof and it is easy to pack and compress the bag. In addition you get a larger storage bag that works OK. A good sleeping bag and a reasonable price.
