Helsport adjustable carrying system
The ingenious HACS system
allows easy adjustment of the torso length of your pack. The patented
system is built into all of our large touring packs making an ill
fitting pack one less thing to think about on long trips. Helsport ACS
is available in two different versions, the Helsport ACS ii and the
Helsport ACS X3.
Mesh bottle pockets
Gives you an easy access to water bottles or other smaller items.
Ergonomic Hip belt
Hip belts, when adjusted properly are capable of more than just stability. We build extra padding and shape into our hip belts so that they share their part of the load comfortably.
Attachment points
Every Helsport pack has several well-designed ways to attach gear. It’s always convenient to have an extra layer of clothing, map or water bottle handy while you are on the go.
D-rings – plastic rings allow you to attach heavier items by strapping them to the pack with cord or nylon webbing.
Daisy chains – heavy-duty loops made of nylon webbing, sewn to the pack. These can be used to attach climbing gear as well as a myriad of other possibilities.
Bungy cord – easy access attachments for lighter items like clothing or maps. Bungy cord has many uses and requires minimal adjustment for quick storage.
Expandable pockets
Expandable pockets offer the practicality of easy accessed extra volume when needed, but don’t get in the way when not in use.
Compartmented lid
Separated pockets in the lid of our packs make it easier to keep the small things sorted. They are conveniently accessible from both the inside and outside of the pack.
Adjustable lid
Loosening the straps to your lid will allow you to store bulky items like a mattress or jacket for easy access.
Separable main compartment
To help you keep your gear organized the main compartment can be separated into two smaller compartments. This allows you to separate heavy gear from light, dry from wet, etc. It can also be removed when carrying larger items.
Zippered Main body entrance
Allows quick and easy access to your gear, also in the lower parts of your pack.
Reinforced base
Reinforced base makes the base of our packs more durable, preventing wear and tear where it’s needed the most.
Hydration ready
Many Helsport packs have their own internal pocket for carrying a two-liter hydration pouch. The pouch is held securely in place close to your back – the ideal location for carrying heavier items. The hose exits the bag through a dedicated hole and attaches to either shoulder strap for quick refreshment.
